Yeast fermentation concentrate (molasses liquid) introduction:
This product is made by using advanced three-effect fermentation and concentration equipment, using molasses as raw material, applying advanced microbial fermentation technology for fermentation and then concentrating. The appearance is a dark brown viscous liquid with a caramel smell, and it is a pure natural fermentation product. The product is a brown, semi-viscous liquid; the sugarcane source has a sugary aroma, and the beet source has a fishy smell.
Product ingredients

Main application areas:
Main effects of this product in agriculture
1. Liquid organic fertilizer efficiency enhancement
▪ Rapid carbon source supplement: Molasses contains soluble sugar (50%-60%). After dilution, it can be directly drip-irrigated or sprayed. It will be used by soil microorganisms within 3 hours to alleviate carbon-nitrogen imbalance (when the C/N ratio is increased to 25:1, the microbial activity will increase by 3 times).
▪ Humic acid activation: compounded with humic acid fertilizer (ratio 1:10) to enhance chelating ability and promote the absorption of mineral elements (such as iron and zinc absorption rate increased by 20%).
2. Biological pesticide/microbial agent carrier
▪ Liquid fermentation matrix: used to propagate Trichoderma and photosynthetic bacteria. Molasses provides a fast-acting carbon source and shortens the fermentation cycle (such as EM bacteria fermentation time is reduced from 7 days to 4 days).
▪ Liquid adhesive: add pesticides or foliar fertilizers at a ratio of 0.5%-1% to increase the adhesion of the liquid on the leaf surface and reduce rainwater erosion losses.
3. Improvement of saline-alkali land
Ion exchange: organic acids (such as citric acid) in molasses complex sodium ions, combined with irrigation and leaching, reduce soil EC value (electrical conductivity) by 10%-15%/season.
Application method (reference)
▪ Drip irrigation system: dilute 50-100 times, 5-8kg per mu, and mix with amino acid liquid fertilizer (such as grapes once a week during the fruit swelling period).
▪ Foliar spraying: dilute 300-500 times (avoid high temperature and strong light), and use boron and molybdenum micro-fertilizers to prevent tomato navel rot.
▪ Composting acceleration: spray at 3% of the compost volume, combined with turning and ventilation, the time for the compost temperature to reach 60℃ is shortened by 24 hours.
The main effects of this product for aquaculture
1. Biofloc culture
Carbon and nitrogen balance regulation: add 5-10ppm molasses according to the volume of the water body, maintain a C/N ratio of 12:1, and heterotrophic bacteria convert ammonia nitrogen into bacterial protein (ammonia nitrogen in shrimp ponds <0.5mg/L).
Algae management: inhibit the outbreak of cyanobacteria (Microcystis) and promote the proportion of diatoms (Bone Algae) to more than 60%.
2. Functional bait development
▪ Microcapsule coating: Molasses liquid is used as an embedding agent for probiotics (such as lactic acid bacteria) to improve gastric acid tolerance and increase intestinal colonization rate by 50%.
▪ Attractant carrier: spray granular feed mixed with cod liver oil and allicin to attract fish to grab food (feeding rate 90% 10 minutes after feeding).
3. Stress relief and immunity
▪ Anti-transport stress: Add 0.1% molasses liquid to the live fish transport tank to maintain mucus secretion and reduce mortality by 5%-8%.
▪ Detoxification and synergism: Use with VC and bile acid to accelerate the metabolism and excretion of algae toxins (such as microcystin-LR).
Application method (reference)
▪ Biofloc startup: Add 10ppm molasses liquid on the first day, 2ppm per day thereafter, and maintain DO>5mg/L with aeration.
▪Medicinal bath treatment: Soak the fry in 0.5% molasses liquid + 0.3% salt for 30 minutes to prevent Saprolegniasis.
▪Bait spraying: Spray 20-30kg molasses liquid per ton of pellet feed (special spraying equipment is required).
Main effects of this product for feed
1. Liquid feed preparation
▪Fermentation feed starter: Add 2%-3% to silage or yellow storage to promote lactic acid bacteria-dominated fermentation (pH value below 4.2) and inhibit the formation of mycotoxins.
▪Liquid feeding system: Mix with soybean meal and wheat bran into slurry feed (molasses liquid accounts for 5%-8%), which increases the feeding speed of fattening pigs by 15%.
2. Rumen function regulation
▪Slow-release energy source: Fructose and glucose in molasses liquid are released in stages to stabilize the rumen pH value (6.2-6.8) and reduce the risk of subacute acidosis (SARA).
▪Promote fiber decomposition: Improve cellulase activity, increase straw digestibility from 45% to 55% (beef cattle test data).
3. Deodorization of breeding environment
Spraying to remove ammonia: dilute 20 times and spray on the floor of the livestock house. The microorganisms in the molasses competitively inhibit the activity of urease, and the ammonia concentration is reduced by 40%-60%.
Application method (reference)
▪ Silage spraying: spray 30-40kg molasses (concentration 50%) per ton of raw materials, and compact in layers.
▪Drinking water addition: add molasses at 1%-2% of the drinking water (need to filter to prevent clogging) to relieve summer heat stress.
▪Licking brick production: mix with salt and minerals to make liquid licking bricks, with molasses accounting for 30%-40%, to promote cattle and sheep to lick autonomously
