Product Introduction

Biochemical Potassium Fulvate Powder is manufactured with modern bio-technology. Taking sugarcane, beet and molasses as raw materials, the product undergoes controlled biological fermentation to generate high-activity biochemical fulvic acid analogous to coal-derived fulvic substances.

This powder features complete water solubility, excellent acid and alkali resistance, and stability against divalent ions. It can be mixed with diverse macro and trace elements without flocculation or precipitation.

It is suitable for direct field application. Meanwhile, it serves as a primary raw material or functional additive for foliar fertilizers, water-soluble flush fertilizers, organic fertilizers, pesticide-fertilizer combinations, micro-element fertilizers, aquaculture nutrients, liquid mulch films and humic acid-based water retaining agents. Additionally, it can be adopted as the raw stock solution for slow-release coating during tower granulation of organic-inorganic compound fertilizers.

Production Process

Yeast strains utilize molasses as carbon sources for fermentation. After yeast separation via centrifugation, the remaining fermented metabolites go through six-effect evaporation to form concentrated liquid. The liquid is further processed by spray drying to obtain finished biochemical potassium fulvate powder.

The product consists purely of organic substances without any blended inorganic chemical ingredients. The appearance ranges from brown to yellowish-brown powder. Shade variations caused by different batches and production lines will not affect intrinsic product performance.

It naturally contains medium & trace elements including sulfur, calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron, molybdenum and boron. Rich B vitamins, vitamin C, inositol, polysaccharides, microbial protein, nucleic acids, surface active agents and multiple plant growth stimulants are also contained within the formulation.

    Rapeseed seed soaking: 200 times dilution, soak for 6 hours

    Foliar spraying: 1000 times dilution
    Revitalize weak fruit trees: 2–4 kg concentrate per mu, diluted 600 times for root irrigation
    For rotten tree wounds: apply undiluted or 1–2 times diluted concentrate onto lesion areas

Packaging & Storage Conditions

  1. Standard packing: 25kg per bag, double-layer package with inner plastic liner and outer woven bag.
  2. Store in cool, ventilated and dry warehouse. Mild caking may occur during storage, which will not impair product performance.
