Product Introduction

Biochemical Potassium Fulvate Powder adopts modern biotechnology. Using raw materials such as sugarcane and beet, it undergoes biological fermentation to produce coal-like fulvic acid substance — highly active biochemical potassium fulvate.

The product is fully water-soluble, acid and alkali resistant, and tolerant to divalent ions. It can be mixed and compounded with a variety of macro and trace elements without flocculation and precipitation.

It can be applied directly. It also serves as the main agent or additive for foliar fertilizers, flush fertilizers, organic fertilizers, pesticide fertilizers, micro-fertilizers, aquaculture fertilizers, liquid mulch films and humic acid water retaining agents. Besides, it can be used as the raw slurry for slow-release fertilizer coating in tower granulation of organic-inorganic compound fertilizers.

Production Process

Yeast ferments with molasses as carbon source. After yeast separation by centrifugation, yeast metabolites are concentrated via six-effect evaporation. The concentrated liquid is further spray-dried to obtain finished powder, namely Biochemical Potassium Fulvate Powder.

It consists of pure organic ingredients without any inorganic chemical additives. The powder appears brown or yellowish-brown. Slight color variance between batches or different production lines exists, and the shade of color will not affect product performance.

It contains sulfur, calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron, molybdenum, boron and other medium & trace elements. It is also rich in B vitamins, Vitamin C, inositol, polysaccharides, bacterial protein, nucleic acids, surfactants and multiple plant growth-promoting active factors.

Main Application Fields
1. Agriculture
  • Activate hardened soil, optimize physiological metabolism of fruits, vegetables and field crops, boost root development and luxuriant foliage.
  • Applicable for base application, flushing fertilization and topdressing. Recommended dosage: 20–30 kg per mu for flushing & topdressing. It helps reduce fertilizer consumption, enables crops to mature around 10 days earlier and raises yield by over 20%. It extends picking & shelf life of fruits and vegetables, prevents blossom and fruit drop, increases sugar content and improves fruit quality.

Key functions:

  1. Improve soil aggregate structure, loosen soil, strengthen water & fertilizer retention capacity, regulate soil pH, lower heavy metal content in soil and mitigate damage of salt ions to seeds and seedlings.
  2. Fix nitrogen, solubilize phosphorus and activate potassium; deliver prominent synergistic effect on potassium fertilizer. Realize root strengthening, seedling protection, continuous cropping resistance, disease prevention and quality improvement of crops.
  3. Enhance root adhesion and nutrient absorption capacity of plants; obviously relieve physiological disorders caused by trace element deficiency.
2. Aquaculture
  1. Used for water fertilization, disease prevention and growth promotion. It eliminates toxicity caused by ammonia nitrogen and nitrite. Combined with biological water purifiers, it purifies water, alleviates eutrophication and supports eco-friendly aquaculture.
  2. Chelate with certain chemicals to form eco-friendly reagents. It selectively removes parasites and harmful algae without destroying aquatic ecological balance.
  3. Feed manufacturers can directly mix it into feeds to produce antibiotic-free green aquafeeds. Farmers can also spread it into ponds during cultivation.
3. Animal Feed Additive
  1. Supplies calcium and amino acids (especially lysine) and bioactive protein for piglets and young poultry. Remarkably boost lactation performance of dairy cows and sows. It carries pleasant yeast aroma and molasses sweetness, with good feeding attraction for livestock and aquatic animals.
  2. Stimulate biological activity to prevent diseases and accelerate growth. Various active groups and unknown growth factors activate enzyme activity inside animals, accelerate metabolism and anabolism, and strengthen immunity. It effectively controls intestinal diseases and white scour of livestock and poultry.

Recommended Application Dosage
  1. Wide range of usage. It can be used as base material or carrier to produce foliar fertilizers, micro-fertilizers, water-soluble flush fertilizers, root irrigation fertilizers, compound fertilizers, bio-fertilizers and hydroponic nutrient solutions. It can also be made into seed coating agents, seed dressing agents, root dipping powder. It works for soil remediation, pH adjustment and saline-alkali buffer. Moreover, it can act as pesticide carrier and synergist for pesticide-fertilizer integrated products.
  2. Base fertilizer / hole application / flushing application: 50 kg per mu.
  3. Foliar spraying & drip irrigation: 10 kg per mu.
  4. Powdered biodegradable mulch: Spread evenly on soil surface. A film forms within 10 minutes and degrades into nutrients automatically after seedling emergence, saving labor and mulch costs.

Special dilution & usage reference:

  • Hydroponics & root irrigation: Dilute 2000 times
  • Seed dressing: Wheat & rice 0.3% dosage; corn 0.5% dosage; cotton 150 g powder per mu
  • Sweet potato seedling soaking: 200 mg/L solution, soak for 8 hours
  • Rapeseed seed soaking: 200 times dilution, soak for 6 hours
  • Fruit tree root dipping: Concentrate diluted 400 times, 100 g stock solution per mu
  • Foliar spraying: Dilute 1000 times
  • Rehabilitation of weak fruit trees: 2–4 kg concentrate diluted 600 times for root irrigation
  • Rotten tree wound treatment: Stock solution diluted 1–2 times for smearing
Packaging & Storage
  1. Package: 25kg per bag, double-layer woven bag with inner plastic liner.
  2. Store in cool, ventilated and dry warehouse. Mild caking may occur during storage, which does not affect product quality.
  3. Suitable for truck transportation and sea container shipment.
