Sugarcane Molasses Deep Fermentation Liquid, Compound Humic & Fulvic Acid Source For Agricultural Water Soluble Fertilizer
Manufactured with advanced triple-effect fermentation & concentration equipment, this product takes molasses as raw material and undergoes microbial deep fermentation followed by concentration processing. It is a 100% natural fermented liquid. It appears as dark brown semi-viscous thick liquid with a caramel aroma. The scent varies by raw material source: sugarcane-based molasses carries a sweet sugary fragrance, while beet molasses delivers a slight fishy odor.
- Fast Carbon Source Supplement: Contains 50%-60% soluble sugars. After dilution, it can be applied via drip irrigation or foliar spray. Soil microbes can fully utilize it within 3 hours to balance C/N ratio up to 25:1, boosting microbial activity by 3 times and correcting carbon-nitrogen imbalance.
- Activate Humic Acid Performance: Mix with humic acid fertilizer at a ratio of 1:10 to strengthen chelating capacity, improving crop absorption of mineral elements such as iron and zinc by 20%.
- Fermentation Substrate for Microbe Propagation: Supplies readily available carbon sources to reproduce Trichoderma, photosynthetic bacteria and EM bacteria, cutting fermentation cycle from 7 days to 4 days.
- Spray Adjuvant: Add 0.5%-1% of this product to insecticides or foliar fertilizers to enhance liquid adhesion on leaf surfaces and reduce nutrient/active ingredient loss caused by rain wash-off.
Organic acids like citric acid inside chelate sodium ions via ion exchange. Combined with irrigation leaching, it can lower soil EC value by 10%-15% per growing season to relieve soil salinization.
- Drip Irrigation: Dilute 50-100 times, apply 5-8 kg per mu, compatible with amino acid liquid fertilizer. Example: Apply once weekly during grape fruit swelling stage.
- Foliar Spraying: Dilute 300-500 times, avoid high temperature & strong sunlight. Mix with boron and moladium microelements to prevent blossom-end rot in tomatoes.
- Compost Accelerator: Spray at 3% of total compost volume and turn over piles for ventilation. The time required for compost to reach 60℃ is shortened by 24 hours for faster maturity.
- C/N Ratio Balancing: Add 5-10 ppm product based on water volume to maintain C/N ratio at 12:1. Heterotrophic bacteria convert ammonia nitrogen into bacterial protein, stabilizing ammonia nitrogen below 0.5 mg/L in shrimp ponds.
- Optimize Algal Phase: Inhibit cyanobacteria (Microcystis) breakout and promote diatoms (Skeletonema) to account for over 60% of total algae, improving water quality.
- Microcapsule Coating Agent for Probiotics: Wrap lactic acid bacteria and other probiotics to strengthen their resistance to gastric acid, raising intestinal colonization rate by 50%.
- Natural Feed Attractant: Mix with fish oil and allicin to coat pellet feed. Fish and shrimp show 90% feeding rate within 10 minutes after feeding.
- Relieve Transport Stress: Add 0.1% product to live fish transport water to sustain mucus secretion, cutting mortality rate by 5%-8%.
- Boost Detox Efficiency: Combine with VC and bile acids to accelerate metabolism and excretion of microcystin-LR and other algal toxins.
- Biofloc Startup: Add 10 ppm on the first day, then supplement 2 ppm daily. Keep dissolved oxygen above 5 mg/L with aeration.
- Fingerling Medicated Bath: Soak fry for 30 mins in solution mixed with 0.5% product + 0.3% salt to prevent saprolegniasis.
- Feed Coating: Spray 20-30 kg product per ton of pellet feed with dedicated coating equipment.
- Silage Fermentation Starter: Add 2%-3% to green/yellow silage to dominate fermentation with lactic acid bacteria, drop pH below 4.2 and suppress mycotoxin production.
- Liquid Feeding Raw Material: Mix with soybean meal and wheat bran to make slurry feed with 5%-8% addition rate, increasing finishing pigs’ feed intake speed by 15%.
- Slow-release Energy Source: Fructose and glucose release gradually to stabilize rumen pH at 6.2-6.8, reducing risks of subacute ruminal acidosis (SARA).
- Boost Crude Fiber Digestion: Activate cellulase in rumen, raising straw digestibility from 45% to 55% (data verified by beef cattle trials).
Dilute 20 times and spray on barn floors. It inhibits urease activity via microbial competition, reducing ammonia concentration by 40%-60%.
- Silage Making: Spray 30-40 kg of 50% concentrated liquid per ton of raw silage, compact layer by layer before sealing.
- Drinking Water Addition: Mix 1%-2% of daily drinking water volume, filter the liquid in advance to avoid pipeline blockage, and relieve heat stress in summer.
- Mineral Lick Block Production: Mix with salt and composite minerals, with this product accounting for 30%-40% to make liquid lick blocks for free intake by cattle and sheep.
