JM-3 Natural Molasses Concentrate Liquid Fertilizer for Agriculture Aquaculture
natural molasses liquid fertilizer
,molasses concentrate for agriculture
,liquid fertilizer for aquaculture
This product adopts advanced triple-effect fermentation and concentration equipment, takes molasses as raw material, and is produced through microbial fermentation followed by concentration technology. It is a fully natural fermented dark brown viscous liquid with caramel odor.
The product appears brown semi-thick liquid: sugarcane-derived molasses concentrate carries a sweet sugar aroma, while beet molasses version has a slight fishy smell.
- Fast Carbon Source Supplement: Contains 50%-60% soluble sugars. After dilution for drip irrigation or foliar spraying, it can be utilized by soil microorganisms within 3 hours to balance C/N ratio. When the C/N ratio reaches 25:1, microbial activity increases by 3 times.
- Activate Humic Acid: Mix with humic acid fertilizer at a ratio of 1:10 to strengthen chelating capacity and boost crop absorption of mineral elements such as iron and zinc by 20%.
- Liquid Fermentation Substrate: Used for expanding culture of Trichoderma, photosynthetic bacteria, etc. Its fast-available carbon source shortens fermentation cycle — for example, the fermentation period of EM bacteria is reduced from 7 days to 4 days.
- Liquid Adjuvant for Pesticides: Add at 0.5%-1% ratio to insecticides or foliar fertilizers to improve liquid adhesion on leaf surfaces and reduce nutrient loss caused by rain wash-off.
Its organic acids (e.g. citric acid) realize ion exchange to chelate sodium ions. Combined with irrigation leaching, it can lower soil EC value by 10%-15% per planting season.
- Drip Irrigation: Dilute 50-100 times, apply 5-8kg per mu, and mix with amino acid liquid fertilizer. Recommended once a week during grape fruit expansion stage.
- Foliar Spraying: Dilute 300-500 times (avoid high temperature and strong sunlight). Mix with boron and moladium micro-fertilizers to prevent tomato blossom-end rot.
- Compost Acceleration: Spray at 3% volume ratio of compost, turn piles for ventilation. The time for compost to reach 60°C is shortened by 24 hours.
- C/N Balance Control: Add 5-10ppm by water volume to maintain C/N ratio at 12:1. Heterotrophic bacteria convert ammonia nitrogen into bacterial protein, keeping ammonia nitrogen below 0.5mg/L in shrimp ponds.
- Algae Phase Management: Restrain cyanobacteria (Microcystis) outbreaks and raise the proportion of beneficial diatoms (Skeletonema) above 60%.
- Microcapsule Coating Agent: Coat probiotics (e.g. lactic acid bacteria) to enhance their gastric acid tolerance, raising intestinal colonization rate by 50%.
- Feed Attractant Carrier: Mix with fish oil and allicin to spray pellet feed, stimulating feeding activity with 90% feeding rate within 10 minutes after feeding.
- Anti-transport Stress: Add 0.1% into live fish transport water to maintain mucus secretion of fish body and reduce mortality by 5%-8%.
- Detoxification Synergist: Combined with VC and bile acids to accelerate metabolism and excretion of microcystin-LR.
- Biofloc Startup: Add 10ppm on the first day, then supplement 2ppm daily. Maintain dissolved oxygen DO>5mg/L via aeration.
- Fry Medicated Bath: Soak fry in mixture of 0.5% product + 0.3% salt for 30 minutes to prevent saprolegniasis.
- Feed Spraying: Spray 20-30kg of this product per ton of pellet feed with special spraying equipment.
- Silage Fermentation Starter: Add 2%-3% to green or yellow silage to dominate lactic acid bacteria fermentation, stabilize pH below 4.2 and inhibit mycotoxin production.
- Liquid Feeding System: Mix with soybean meal and wheat bran to make slurry feed with 5%-8% molasses concentrate, boosting finishing pigs’ feeding speed by 15%.
- Slow-release Energy Source: Fructose and glucose release step by step to stabilize rumen pH at 6.2-6.8 and reduce risk of Subacute Ruminal Acidosis (SARA).
- Boost Fiber Decomposition: Activate cellulase activity, raising straw digestibility from 45% to 55% (data from beef cattle trials).
Dilute 20 times and spray on barn floors. Microbes from the product competitively inhibit urease activity, cutting ammonia concentration by 40%-60%.
- Silage Spraying: Spray 30-40kg of 50% concentration product per ton of raw silage, compact layer by layer.
- Drinking Water Supplement: Add 1%-2% based on daily water intake of livestock (filter before use to avoid pipeline blockage) to relieve heat stress in summer.
- Molasses Block Production: Mix with salt and mineral complex to make liquid lick blocks with 30%-40% product content, encouraging voluntary licking of cattle and sheep for nutrition supplementation.
