Fulvic Acid Fertilizer Overview

By applying modern biotechnology and using sugarcane, sugar beets and other raw materials as raw materials, through biological fermentation, a coal-like fulvic acid substance - highly active biochemical potassium fulvate - has been successfully produced. This product is fully soluble in water, resistant to acids and alkalis, and resistant to divalent ions. It can be mixed and compounded with various trace elements and macronutrients without flocculation. It can be directly applied, or used as the main agent or additive of foliar fertilizer, foliar fertilizer, organic fertilizer, medicinal fertilizer, micro-fertilizer, aquatic fertilizer, liquid mulching film, and humic acid water-retaining agent. It can also be used as the coating raw slurry for slow-release fertilizer in high tower spray granulation of organic-inorganic compound fertilizer.


Production Process

Yeast ferments with molasses as the carbon source. The yeast metabolites collected by centrifugation are subjected to six-effect evaporation to produce concentrated liquid. After spray drying, dry powder - namely potassium fulvate - is produced. All are made of pure organic ingredients without the addition of inorganic chemical components. They are brownish-brown or brownish-yellow powder in color. Due to different production batches or production lines, the color may vary, ranging from dark to light. The depth of the color does not affect the composition.

In addition to the above components, Fulvic acid fertilizer includes essential micronutrients such as sulfur, calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron, molybdenum, and boron, along with an array of B vitamins, vitamin C, myo-inositol, polysaccharides, microbial proteins, nucleic acids, surfactants, and various growth-promoting factors.

Primary Applications

Agricultural

Promote the physiological metabolism of fruits, vegetables and other crops, making them luxuriant and improving their quality.It can mature 10 days earlier and increase output value.

Aquaculture

It can be used as fertilizer and water to prevent bacteria, eliminate the toxicity of nitrite, and achieve ecological balance. (Combined with biological water purifying agents, it can purify water quality.
When reacting with certain compounds, it is called an environmentally friendly drug, which removes parasites/harmful algae.

Feed Additive

  1. Product feed:
    Supplement calcium and amino acids for chickens and pigs to promote the secretion of milk by dairy cows and sows.
    Prevent diseases and promote growth, enhance enzyme activity/metabolism, and prevent intestinal diseases in poultry.
    Reducing drug residues can replace drugs or antibiotics and improve the quality of meat, eggs and milk.

Product Usage and application

  1. The product is highly versatile and can serve as a primary or carrier component in producing foliar fertilizers, micro-fertilizers, root drenches, compound fertilizers, biological fertilizers, and hydroponic solutions. It can also enhance soil quality, adjust pH levels, and buffer salt-alkali conditions, functioning as a pesticide carrier.

  2. Base Fertilizer Application: Recommended at 100 kg per acre for base or hole fertilizer.

  3. Foliar Application: Suggested use is 10 kg per acre for sprays or drip irrigation.

  4. Mulching Agent: Can be uniformly sprayed on soil surfaces to form a film within 10 minutes, which degrades into fertilizer after germination, optimizing labor and cost efficiency.

  5. Specific Application Rates:

    • Hydroponics or root drenching: 2000x concentrated solution.
    • Seed dressing for rice and wheat: 0.3% powder.
    • Seed dressing for corn: 0.5% powder.
    • Seed dressing for cotton: 150 g per acre.
    • Sweet potato soaking: 200 mg/L for 8 hours.
    • Rapeseed soaking: 200x concentrated solution for 6 hours.

Packaging and Storage

  1. Supplied in 25 kg bags, designed with double-layer woven bags for durability and protection.

  2. Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area; occasional clumping during storage does not affect product quality.

  3. Transported via trucks or shipping containers to maintain product integrity and quality.
